1. Our Services are Free

Remindlly currently offers its core renewal reminder and invoicing services completely free of charge. As there are no charges for using our standard platform, there are typically no grounds for refunds directly from Remindlly.

2. Future Paid Services

Should Remindlly introduce premium, paid features in the future, a specific refund policy for those features will be published at that time. Generally, digital subscription services are non-refundable once the service period has commenced, but exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis if there is a technical failure on our end.

3. Your Transactions with Your Clients

Important: Remindlly is a tool that facilitates communication between you and your clients. We do not process payments on your behalf. When a client pays you via a UPI link or bank details you provided on a Remindlly invoice, that transaction is directly between you and your client.

Therefore, Remindlly cannot issue refunds to your clients. You are solely responsible for creating and honoring your own return and refund policy for the services or products you sell to your clients.
